- Ceramic mug; capacity 330 ml (approximately 11.2 US fl oz).
- Approximately 8 cm wide × 9.5 cm tall; measurements may vary by up to 1 cm.
- Matching design on two local print areas; not an edge-to-edge or wraparound print.
- Recommended artwork: 551 × 551 pixels.
- Hand wash only. Not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves.
- One mug included; other items shown in scene previews are not included.

What can I put on it?

Can I see the result before checkout?
Yes. The designer updates the product scenes as you create. You can also check the flat artwork before adding your design to the bag. Preview colors and placement are approximate.
Which image should I use?
Choose a clear, high-resolution original. Avoid screenshots and heavily cropped images, which may look soft when enlarged. Check the full design area in the preview.
Do I need an account?
You can design without signing in. Before test checkout, verify your email with a six-digit code. Use that same email in My orders to find your orders on another device.
When will it arrive, and what about returns?
This store currently supports sandbox orders only. No items are produced or shipped. Delivery estimates, shipping charges and a returns policy must be available before real orders open.
