Who can leave a review?

Sign in with the account that placed your paid, shipped purchase, then confirm you received the item. For a set, review the complete purchased set. Test orders cannot create public reviews. Each purchased item or set can have one review that you can update.

What to share

Tell us about the printed item, personalization, design experience or how it worked as a gift. Photos should show the finished product. Only upload images you have permission to share.

Protect your privacy

Use a nickname or “Verified buyer”. Do not include private addresses, phone numbers, payment details or someone else’s personal information. We remove uploaded photo location metadata. Permission to feature your review on our homepage is optional.

How moderation works

Reviews are checked for spam, abusive or unrelated content, privacy issues and misuse. A low rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. Your rating and text are not rewritten by our team. If changes are needed, the reason appears in Your reviews. When you edit an approved review, its previous approved version stays visible until the update is approved.

Your control

You can save a draft, edit your review or withdraw it. Withdrawal removes it from public review lists, ratings and future public photo requests. Featuring is optional and can be revoked by removing permission in your review and saving.

Helpful feedback and reports

Signed-in buyers can mark other reviews helpful or report a concern. We do not allow self-voting. Reports are reviewed by our team and are not published. Reviews of different designs are not combined just because they share the same blank product.
