Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms explain the conditions for using MerryYours and ordering personalized products. Please read them before using the store or placing an order.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the MerryYours website at merryyours.com and its design and shopping services. “MerryYours”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CHENGNING INTERNATIONAL TRADING PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore that operates the store under the MerryYours brand. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Your account and use of the service
Provide accurate contact and order information, use an email address you control, and keep verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
3. Your designs and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and reproduce it, including any photographs, artwork, trademarks or images of other people.
You give MerryYours and the providers involved in your order a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, resize, display and process that content only as needed to provide the design service, produce and deliver your order, and resolve related support issues. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize unrelated advertising use.
We may decline content or orders that are unlawful, infringe another person’s rights, or compromise safety. MerryYours branding, site software and supplied design resources remain owned by their respective owners; access to the store does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights.
4. Product previews and order details
Review your selected product, size, color, quantity, spelling, uploaded image quality and artwork placement before checkout. Screen previews are illustrative; colors, scale and placement may vary with screens, materials and production processes. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Product availability and prices may change before you place an order. The applicable total and any stated shipping charges or taxes are shown at checkout. We will contact you if an error or availability issue prevents fulfillment, and return any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.
5. Payments and test orders
Payments are processed through Stripe. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. A payment confirmation records the transaction; fulfillment remains subject to the order and product information provided by the store.
If the store or checkout identifies an order as a test or sandbox order, it is a demonstration only: no real purchase, production or shipment takes place. Do not enter real card details into a test checkout.
6. Shipping, changes and order problems
For live orders, review any production times, shipping availability, delivery estimates and product-specific return conditions presented before purchase. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Contact [email protected] promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Because products are personalized, changes may no longer be possible after production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email your order reference and a description of the issue so we can assess an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable return conditions must be disclosed before purchase, and rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, uploaded designs, order details and cookies. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or events outside our control. Keep copies of important original artwork.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service changes. Updated terms will appear here with a new revision date and any additional notice required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing order unless agreed or required by law.
For questions, order assistance or concerns, contact MerryYours at [email protected]. Please include your order reference where relevant.
